Common Questions
How do 1-on-1 classes work?
Choose a subject and tell us what you need. We contact you soon, match a mentor and agree the times and the price with you. Your class link and a calendar invite arrive by email. Join from your phone or laptop.
How much does a class cost?
It depends on the subject, the level and how often you meet: tell us what you need and we agree the price with you first. Regular tuition starts from ₹300 an hour in India ($20 elsewhere). Each group class and webinar shows its own price.
What is regular tuition?
Weekly or monthly classes with one mentor, planned around the learner. Pick a subject on the 1-on-1 & Tuition page and choose Regular tuition; we'll call or email soon to agree the times and the price.
What if a class starts late, or the connection drops?
A class may start or end up to 6 minutes from its time and still counts as a full class. If a network problem on the mentor's side cuts a class short, we reschedule the remaining time free. Details in our policies.
Can my mentor give extra classes?
Yes. If your mentor feels a few more classes would help, or you'd like to go further into a topic, they may offer them free of cost, at their discretion.
