About Viswakala
We are building an online university where anyone, anywhere, can learn a skill or teach one.
Our vision
“To create a world where everyone learns and everyone shares knowledge, ensuring that learning never stops and knowledge never dies.”
Why We Exist
- Our Philosophy
What we learn is our wealth; what we share is our legacy.
At Viswakala, we believe that every individual has something to learn and something to teach. Learning enriches us; teaching empowers others. Throughout life, we must either learn from others or share what we know with others.
- Our Mission
- To make every individual either a learner or a teacher, transforming knowledge into shared wealth and experience into a lasting legacy.
- What's in a Name
- Viswa: The whole universe.
- Kala: Art and knowledge, as in Kalaparishat: Telugu for a university of arts and knowledge.
- Viswakala: A universe of learning. Uniting mentors and learners everywhere.
What We Believe

A learner in a small town deserves the same great mentors as anyone in a big city.
