Common Questions
Which boards do you teach?
CBSE, ICSE, state boards and IB. Choose the board in the class finder so the mentor knows the syllabus.
How long is a class?
60 minutes, live and one-on-one. The class link and a calendar invite arrive by email.
Is the demo class really free?
Yes. One hour, live and one-on-one, with no payment and no card. One free demo class per person.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Change a class online up to 24 hours before it starts. Closer to the start, write to us.
What if a class starts late, or the connection drops?
A class may start or end up to 6 minutes from its time and still counts in full. If the mentor's connection cuts a class short, we reschedule the lost time free.
Do you offer regular tuition?
Yes: weekly or monthly classes with one mentor, at a lower price per hour. Choose Regular tuition on the 1-on-1 & Tuition page.
