1. About Viswakala: Viswakala is an online platform that connects tutors ("Gurus") with learners ("Students") for live online classes and webinars across various subjects and skills.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use Viswakala only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts: You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You agree to provide accurate details and not to share your login with others.

4. Classes and Bookings: Classes are booked through our platform and delivered live online. Class timings, durations, and prices are shown at the time of booking. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation and a link to join the class.

5. Payments: Payments are collected online through our payment partner at the time of booking. All fees are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Conduct: Students and Gurus agree to behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, abusive language, sharing of inappropriate content, or any unlawful activity is prohibited and may result in removal from the platform.

8. Class Recordings: Some classes or webinars may be recorded for quality and learning purposes. By joining, you consent to such recording. Recordings remain the property of Viswakala and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

9. Intellectual Property: All content, branding, and materials on Viswakala are owned by Viswakala or its content providers and may not be reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability: Viswakala provides a platform to connect Teachers and Students. While we strive for quality, we are not liable for the specific outcomes of any class, for the conduct of individual users, or for interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet issues.

11. Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhaptnam, Andhra Pradesh only.

13. Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

1. Free Trial Classes
Trial classes are free and involve no charge or refund.

2. Cancellation by Student

• Cancel at least 48 hours before your class to receive a full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked class up to [24] hours before the start time, subject to tutor availability.

4. No-Shows
If you do not attend a booked class without prior cancellation, it is treated as completed and is not refundable.

5. Cancellation by Teacher or Viswakala
If a class/webinar is cancelled by the tutor or by us, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever is feasible.

6. Technical Issues
If a class cannot take place due to a verified technical problem on our side, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

7. Webinars
Paid webinar fees are non-refundable except where the webinar is cancelled by us.

8. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 14 business days.
